1. What you buy
Packs are digital content: they are delivered straight into your account, nothing physical is shipped and, as a result, there is nothing physical to send back.
2. Cancelling an order
An unpaid order is cancelled automatically if the payment is not completed. If you paid the same order twice, or the payment was made by mistake, the amount is refunded in full.
3. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
UNOPENED packs paid for with money can be returned within 14 days of purchase, with a refund of the amount paid; if you have already opened some of the packs of the order, clause 5 applies. Opened packs can no longer be returned: when you open a pack the digital content has been delivered, with your express consent given at payment and your acknowledgement that you lose the right of withdrawal for the packs you open, in line with Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014.
4. What is not refunded
Bonus packs, packs bought with points, packs from the Wheel, packs received as rewards (for example check-in, quiz, invitations, badges or gifts) and any pack that was not paid for with money are not refunded. Purchases that are not packs (for example a card bought directly) are not returned through this procedure; the Payment terms and the page on the delivery of digital content apply to them.
5. Bundles of 5 or 10 packs
The opened packs of an order are counted at the full price of a single pack (the price of the 1-pack offer on the site), so the bundle discount no longer applies to them. Refund = the amount paid for the order − the number of opened packs × the price of one pack, but never less than 0. Example: you paid 40 lei for 5 packs (one pack costs 10 lei) and opened 2; the refund is 40 − 2 × 10 = 20 lei. If you opened so many packs that the result would be 0, a return is no longer possible.
6. How to request a return
From your account: Account → Orders → the “Request a return” button on that order. Or by email at contact@giaconnect.com, quoting the order number; in that case we register the request in your account. From the moment of the request, the unopened packs of the order are blocked immediately and cannot be opened until a decision is made. One return request per order.
7. Time limits
We answer within 3 working days of the request. If we approve it, the money is returned within 14 days of the approval, to the same card you paid with, through Netopia. Depending on your bank, the amount may show up on your statement a little later.
8. If we reject the request
If the request does not meet the conditions (for example the 14 days have passed or the packs were opened), we reject it and tell you the reason in a notification and by email, and the packs are unblocked.
9. The invoice
For the refunded amount we issue a credit note, which you can find in your account, under Orders.
