1. Organiser and nature of the activity
The Collector's Wheel (“the Wheel”) is organised by LAVALI ONLINE SHOP SRL (CUI 48870445, J2023006383236), which operates under the trade name AI Soft România (“AI Soft România”), at the address and with the contact details shown on the Contact page. The Wheel is a FREE promotional activity for the users of GIAConnect.com. It is not connected in any way to a purchase, and it does not involve any fee or payment.
2. Who can take part
Any person who has an active GIAConnect.com account with a verified email address and who complies with the Terms and Conditions. Accounts that are suspended, flagged or anonymised cannot take part. One person may use one account only.
3. How to take part
No purchase is needed. Each eligible account can spin the Wheel once a day (Romanian time, reset at midnight) from Account → Collector's Wheel. The spin is free. Taking part means accepting this regulation.
4. Rewards
All rewards are online and are added to the account of the participant: (a) points, in several amounts shown on the slices of the Wheel; (b) one Common card; (c) one Rare card; (d) one Epic card; (e) one Legendary card. A card received is added directly to the participant's album, from the series that is open at the time of the spin. Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
5. How the result is decided
The result is decided on the server, at the moment of the spin, by a random draw. Each reward has its own probability, shown on the Wheel page; the probability does not depend on how many slices of the same kind are drawn on the Wheel. The organiser sets these probabilities and can change them for future spins by updating the Wheel page. The animation of the Wheel is only a visual representation of the result already decided.
6. Anti-abuse rules
If, on the same day, another account with the same email address (after removing dots and “+” tags where the provider ignores them), the same device or, above the limit applied by the organiser, the same IP address has already spun the Wheel, the spin remains valid but a Rare, Epic or Legendary card is replaced by a Common card. The same applies where the account's country is not one in which the project is open. The organiser can exclude accounts that abuse the Wheel and can cancel rewards obtained in this way.
7. When a reward cannot be added
If the card received can no longer be added (for example because the stock of the series is exhausted), the participant receives points instead, so that every spin gives a reward.
8. Personal data
The data is processed to run the Wheel and to prevent abuse (account, email, device and IP signals), according to the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes, suspension and end
The organiser may change this regulation, the probabilities and the rewards for the future, by publishing a new version in the Legal Center, and may suspend or end the Wheel for technical, legal or security reasons. Spins made and rewards already granted remain valid.
10. Complaints
Any complaint about the Wheel can be sent through the Contact page within 30 days from the date the result was shown. The organiser answers within 30 days. Disputes are settled amicably or, otherwise, by the competent courts of Romania, according to the Terms and Conditions.
