1. Who owns what
The platform, the collections, the series, the cards and their images, the texts and stories, the names of models and constructors, the emblems, the names GIA Connect and FTR 2050, the structure of the collections (numbering, rarities, specifications), the catalogues, the certificates, the videos, the music of the radio, the design and the code of the application belong to AI Soft România or to its licensors. All rights are reserved.
2. Fictional vehicles and brands
All vehicles, manufacturer brands, emblems, model names and specifications in FTR 2050 are fictional and created exclusively for this collection. They do not represent real products and have no connection with any real company, brand or person; any resemblance is coincidental. The technical specifications are imaginary.
3. What you may do
You receive a personal, non-commercial licence to own, display and trade the cards inside the platform, to show your album and certificates, and to share the public pages that the platform offers (such as a card page or a certificate verification) with the preview that they offer.
4. What you may not do
You may not copy, download, capture in bulk, scrape, print, sell, distribute, republish, translate, adapt or create derivative works (digital or physical) from the cards, images, texts, stories or any other element, in whole or in part, and you may not use them for commercial purposes, for products or for training automated systems, without our written consent. You may not remove or change the marks added to images (the account and the card number), and you may not try to get around the protections of the platform. Only AI Soft România may produce physical editions, catalogues, albums, packaging and derivative products of the collections. You receive no right to use the names, the emblems or the images in any other context, including commercial use.
5. Copyright and the cards you own
Owning a card means owning a copy in the collection, with its number and history, and the licence above. It does not transfer copyright or any other intellectual property right. The images of the cards are served with protections and marks so that unauthorised use can be traced.
6. Content of the users
The messages that you post on the forum remain yours. By posting them you give us a free, non-exclusive licence to show them on the platform, to store them and to adapt their format. You are responsible for what you post and you declare that you have the right to post it and that it does not violate the rights of others. We may remove content that breaks the rules or the law. Images in messages are limited to cards from the platform.
7. Notices of infringement
If you believe that something on the platform violates your rights or the law, write to contact@giaconnect.com, saying who you are, what the content is and where it is (the link), why it is unlawful and that you are acting in good faith. We examine notices without delay, we may remove or block the content, and we tell the person concerned, as the law requires. If someone breaks this page, we may suspend the account and ask for the damages caused.
8. Names and other signs
The names GIA Connect and FTR 2050, the logos and the emblems are used by AI Soft România. Do not use them in a way that suggests a connection or approval by us that does not exist.
