1. Operator and contact

GIA Connect and FTR 2050 are operated by LAVALI ONLINE SHOP SRL (CUI 48870445, J2023006383236), which trades under the commercial name AI Soft România (hereinafter “AI Soft România”). Our company details and contact channels are on the page “Company details and contact” of the Legal Center. By creating an account or buying anything you agree to these Terms and conditions, to the Payment Terms, to the page on digital content delivery and withdrawal, to the Privacy Policy and to the community rules.

2. What GIA Connect and FTR 2050 are

GIA Connect is a platform of digital collections, with one account for all collections. FTR 2050 is the first collection: digital collectible cards of invented vehicles. Everything you buy or receive on the platform (packs, cards, points) is a digital product, available only in your account. Nothing is physically delivered to your address, with one exception: the holder certificate of a completed series, which we send to your home free of charge, on request, if you meet the conditions in the Bonuses and rules page. This is a collection for entertainment, not a lottery and not a financial product.

3. Your account and minimum age

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, buy or receive cards. You declare your age and the other profile details when you first sign in, and you must give true data. One person may have only one account. You are responsible for the security of your account and for everything done through it; we recommend turning on two-factor authentication. If you sign in with Google or Facebook, your account is also protected by the security of that account. Tell us right away if you think someone else uses your account. The account is personal: it cannot be sold, assigned or transferred to another person. The email address of the account can never be changed; if you lose access to that email address, the account cannot be moved to another address. The name and the nickname are set once, when you complete your profile, with your confirmation, and can no longer be changed; they can be corrected only on request, with a reason, and our team approves or refuses the request. An account that is declared under 18 is suspended.

4. Licence and intellectual property

The platform, the collections, the series, the cards, their images, texts, stories, model and brand names, emblems, the structure of the collections (numbering, rarities, specifications), the catalogues and all other elements of the application belong to AI Soft România or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-commercial licence to own, display and trade your cards inside the platform. You do not receive copyright or any right to use the images or texts for another purpose. You may not copy, download, capture in bulk, scrape, print, sell, distribute, republish or create derivative works (digital or physical) from them, in whole or in part, without our written consent. Only AI Soft România may produce physical editions, catalogues, packaging and derivative products of the collections. Images are marked with the account and the card number so that unauthorised use can be traced. Breaking this rule may lead to the suspension of your account.

5. Fictional content

All vehicles, manufacturer brands, emblems, model names and specifications featured in FTR 2050 are fictional and created exclusively for this collection. They do not represent real products and are not affiliated with any real company, brand or person. Any resemblance to existing products, brands or companies is purely coincidental. Technical specifications are imaginary and do not constitute claims about real products.

6. Series, national editions, print runs and stock

A series is a numbered set of 500 cards (#001–#500). Each country in which the platform is available has its own edition of a series, with its own fixed print run, set by rarity: in Romania, Series 1 has, for every card number, 500,000 Common, 300,000 Rare, 250,000 Epic and 150,000 Legendary copies online, so at most 150,000 complete collections. The print run is set before the series is published and never changes. When we open a new country we add its edition from scratch, with its own print run; this does not change existing editions. Every copy has a unique serial number (for example RO-#014 · 3,482 / the print run of that number), marked with the code of its edition’s country, which identifies the copy forever. A series has no closing date: it is sold while there is stock, and when the packs in stock are sold out the series has ended and is never put on sale again. Destroyed copies are never sold again. We do not publish live figures about copies allocated or remaining; we only show a rough stock level for each rarity (for example “low stock”).

7. Where we sell

At launch, sales (online) take place only in Romania: you can buy only with a billing address in Romania, in lei. If you are in another country you can browse the site and the catalogue, but you cannot buy; you can leave your email and we will let you know when we launch in your country. Opening a new country is done through a new national edition, as explained above. We may change the list of countries at any time; purchases already made are not affected.

8. Packs, rarities and pack contents

Every pack holds 10 authentic cards from the series, with different numbers; this is guaranteed. Which numbers you get is random, decided on our server with a cryptographic generator; nobody, including us, can choose them. Rarity (Common, Rare, Epic, Legendary) means fewer copies: a rarer number has a smaller print run. The rarity of the cards in a pack follows the proportion of the stock of each rarity, the same for every collector: out of every 154 cards, each account receives 100 Common, 36 Rare, 15 Epic and 3 Legendary, in shuffled order, and the exact number of each card is random, in proportion to the copies left of it. When a Legendary comes out of a pack or a weekly check-in, the account receives 5 more random cards in a separate pack; bonus cards do not trigger another bonus. To keep it fair, and never too easy, the collection picks every allocated card, with a set probability, among the numbers you do not own yet; the rest is fully random, so duplicates always exist. Opening a pack is final.

9. Free cards and bonuses

Besides packs, the platform may offer free cards and bonuses to active accounts with a verified email: a welcome pack and the Founding Collector badge (for a limited number of accounts or a limited period), points with the daily check-in and an extra Common card on every 7th day in a row, points with the daily quiz, a daily spin of the Collector’s Wheel (points or a card, drawn at random on our server), a gift card when you turn on two-factor authentication for the first time, and bonus Common cards for completing a whole rarity. Founding Collectors (the first accounts to activate, within the limit shown) also get a free lot of cards at the launch of every new series, added to the account automatically, once per series, only in countries where the project is open. Each bonus is given once per person; the current offers, their conditions and their rules are published in “Bonuses and rules”. Cards received through CHECK-IN, QUIZ and SECURITY are marked as such: they cannot be traded or destroyed, but they count towards completing the series and appear in your album. Invitations: nothing is given when an account is created; when a friend you invited makes a first paid purchase and the waiting period shown on the “Invite a friend” page (currently 14 days) passes without the payment being refunded or disputed, you get 1 card and your friend gets 1 bonus card. At 3, 10 and 25 friends with a validated purchase, extra bonuses are given (a Rare card; an Epic card and the Ambassador badge; a special title and a profile frame). Only friends with a verified email count; accounts created on the same device or network, and your own accounts, do not count, and the number of rewards per month is limited. There is also a monthly ranking of inviters, where names are shown as initials. Partner stores: if you reach the platform by scanning the QR code on the poster of a partner store and you create a new account, you get the welcome pack and the account stays linked to that store for life; the store may receive a reward for your paid purchases, without your price being higher, and it never learns who you are or what you buy. If you already have an account and scan the code of a partner store, the first scan gives you 1 card, and the next scans give points or, sometimes, 1 card, at most once a day per account, however many stores you scan, and your account’s link does not change. We may change or stop a bonus within the limits of these Terms and of the law; bonuses already earned stay yours.

10. Swap with the platform, a missing card and the whole series

A reserve of 5% of the print run is added on top of the print run of every number (for example, for Legendary: 150,000 copies in packs and 7,500 in the reserve, per number), separate from the packs’ stock; the reserve is used only for swapping 5 duplicates for a missing card, for buying a missing card directly and for buying the whole series. When available, you can swap 5 duplicates of the same rarity for 1 card you are missing, of that rarity; cards marked CHECK-IN, QUIZ or SECURITY cannot be used. You can buy a missing card directly, one copy of each number per account, at the price shown for its rarity (currently: Common 10 lei, Rare 20 lei, Epic 40 lei, Legendary 100 lei), within the limit shown of directly bought missing cards per week per account (currently: 1); when the reserve of a number is gone, the platform no longer sells it and the card can be looked for on the Trade Board. Once the packs of the series are sold out, you can buy the whole series at once (all the cards you are missing that still have copies in the reserve) at double their normal value, once per account: your collection value grows by exactly the value of the cards, with no completion bonuses. These offers may be limited per account.

11. Points and destroying cards

Every card has a value in points that depends on its rarity. Every copy has a value coefficient: 100% for copies from paid packs and a reduced coefficient for copies obtained with points, which stays with the copy even after a trade. The value of your collection is the sum of the values of the copies you own. When you destroy a copy you receive its points (value × coefficient, at least 1 point). Destroying is final and cannot be undone: the copy never returns to the stock, so the real print run of that number becomes smaller, and the action is recorded in the history. You cannot destroy cards marked CHECK-IN, QUIZ or SECURITY, cards that are part of a complete set that is locked, or cards from a restricted account. Points are only a record kept inside the collection: they cannot be bought with money, cannot be transferred between accounts and cannot be converted into money or goods, they are not a currency and have no financial value. They can only be used on the platform, for example for packs bought with points when we offer them (limits may apply), and the copies obtained that way have the reduced coefficient. A debt of points that arises after a payment reversal is paid first from your future points.

12. Trades between collectors

Cards are exchanged only card for card, one or more on each side; money and points are never part of a trade. You can offer only opened copies that you own and that are not locked. By proposing a trade, the cards you offer are locked until the other collector answers; when it is accepted, the cards move together in a single operation. A proposal can be accepted, declined, withdrawn, answered with a counter-proposal or can expire; we may limit the number of open proposals. Gifts without anything in return are available only when we turn them on. A trade that has been accepted is final. Fraud, deception, multiple accounts, using the trades to launder bonuses and selling outside the platform are forbidden. Collectors who hide their profile appear as “Collector”.

13. Complete series, certificate and rankings

Whoever owns all 500 numbers of a series completes it and receives a numbered certificate, with a public verification page, a Master Collector title and a place in the Hall of Fame; the same account may complete a series several times, each new complete set bringing its own numbered certificate and a points bonus, and a copy can be part of only one complete set. While a set is complete, its cards are locked: they cannot be traded or destroyed. A set can be undone only by returning the whole points bonus, from your balance first and then by destroying other cards that you choose, with a warning screen and explicit confirmations; when a set is undone its certificate is cancelled (this also shows on the public verification page) and the benefits tied to it that were not used are lost. Rankings are made per series, per country and worldwide, and show only the initials of your name in capitals; the verification of certificates and copies shows only what is described in the Privacy Policy.

14. Prices, payments and purchase limits

Prices are final and include all taxes; payments, invoices, refunds and the delivery of digital content are governed by the Payment Terms and by the page on digital content delivery and withdrawal. Returns and cancellation: unopened packs paid for with money can be returned within 14 days of purchase; the details are on the “Returns and cancellation” page. To keep collecting fair we may set limits on purchases per account, per day, per offer, per order and per series, and we may change them; when a limit is reached the site tells you when it resets.

15. Fair use and suspension

To keep the collection fair, the following are forbidden: more than one account per person (email addresses that differ only by dots or “+” tags count as the same address), bots and automated use, scraping, exploiting errors, sharing or selling accounts, using false data, and any attempt to get bonuses or cards in an unfair way. If you break these Terms we may cancel the bonuses obtained, restrict or suspend your account and, in serious cases, cancel the copies obtained through the abuse. If a payment is reversed through your bank, the cards still in that account that came from the payment may be cancelled and the account may be restricted until the matter is clarified; trades already completed with other collectors are not cancelled, so that an innocent person is not harmed.

16. No promise of value

The cards of FTR 2050 are digital collectibles for entertainment, not investments. We do not promise and do not suggest that they will have or keep a financial value, that they will gain value or that they can be resold. Prices and points inside the platform are not a measure of value outside it. The ranking score and the points have no financial value.

17. Community and user content

The forum and the other places where collectors write are governed by the Community rules. The content you post remains yours, but you give us the right to show it on the platform; we may remove content that breaks the rules or the law, and we act on notices of illegal content. Money offers and any selling or buying for money are not allowed. If you send an idea in the Ideas 2050 section, you agree that GIA Connect may use it free of charge in its collections.

18. Availability, maintenance and outages

We work for the platform to be available at all times, but we do not guarantee it without interruptions: there may be planned maintenance and unplanned outages. Outages are temporary and the platform recovers: no one loses cards, points or payments. Any operation interrupted (a payment, a pack, a trade, a destroy) is either completed in full or cancelled in full, never half way. While the site is stopped a maintenance page is shown.

19. Force majeure

We are not responsible for failing or delaying to perform our obligations because of events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, wars, strikes, cyber-attacks, failures of electricity, internet or hosting, failures of payment processors or decisions of the authorities. The obligations that can still be performed are performed as soon as possible.

20. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, AI Soft România is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, or for damages caused by your breach of these Terms, by sharing your credentials or by the unavailability of third-party services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or the rights that the law gives you as a consumer.

21. Personal data and cookies

How we process personal data is described in the Privacy Policy and in the Cookie Policy, which are part of these Terms.

22. Changes to these Terms

We may change these Terms, for example when the platform or the law changes. Every version has a number and a date of entry into force; earlier versions are archived and can be consulted in the Legal Center. We announce important changes on the site and by email, and you accept the new version the next time you sign in. If you do not accept it, you can no longer use the account, but you can ask us to close it. A change does not alter purchases already made, the print runs already fixed or the benefits already earned.

23. Closing the account

You can ask us to close your account at any time. Accounts are not deleted: they are deactivated and personal data is anonymized, while the history of the copies (which is append-only), invoices and billing data are kept because the law requires it. Anonymized accounts appear as “deleted account”.

24. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by Romanian law. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live remain applicable. We try to solve any complaint amicably first, through the contact channels of the Legal Center. As a consumer you may also turn to the National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC, www.anpc.ro), including to the alternative dispute resolution entities (SAL), and to the competent courts.

25. Languages and final provisions

The English version of the legal documents is the reference one; translations are provided for convenience. If a provision is found invalid, the others remain valid. These Terms, together with the documents they refer to, are the whole agreement between you and AI Soft România about the use of the platform.
