1. The rule
GIA Connect and FTR 2050 are only for people aged 18 or over. You may not create an account, buy, receive or trade cards if you are under 18.
2. How we apply it
When you first visit the site we ask you to confirm that you are 18 or over. When you first sign in after activating your email, you declare your age in a form that is shown only once (together with your full name, city and country). If you declare under 18, the account is blocked and cannot be used. We do not ask for an identity document or a payment card to prove your age: the declaration, together with these rules and the Terms, is what we rely on, and a person who gives false data is responsible for it.
3. Your responsibility
By confirming that you are an adult you state that your declaration is true. Parents and guardians should not let minors use the platform or give them access to accounts, payment cards or devices on which an account is open.
4. If we find out a user is a minor
We may suspend or close the account, cancel what was obtained and refund what the law requires. If you are a parent or guardian and you believe a minor has created an account, write to us at contact@giaconnect.com and we will act and remove the data.
5. Communication
The platform is for adults, and our communication is not addressed to children.
6. Why
The cards are bought for money and some features (swaps, points) are not suitable for minors. We keep the platform for adults to protect minors and to meet the law.
